The Best Actor Bradley Cooper Speaking Fluent French Causes Women of the Internet to Swoon

Written By CBAworld on Thursday, June 2, 2011 | 4:06 PM

Yesterday afternoon, a clip started making the rounds of Bradley Cooper promoting "The Hangover Part II,"
which is called (apparently, in English, which is the strangest part about it), "Very Bad Trip 2" in France, in an interview on French TV. Thing was, he didn't just do the interview in French,
but in what appears to be fluent French, and for some reason this made a lot of ladies (and possibly also gay men) like him even more than they already did.

"Why Is This Video of Bradley Cooper Speaking French Kind of Turning Us On?" asked Jezebel. "This Might Be Bradley Cooper's Sexiest Interview Yet," noted the Today Show's blog. And almost everyone mentioning it on Twitter is saying something about it being "sexy" or making them "swoon." (Literally: Go check for yourself!)

In case you missed it, here it is. I don't know why it's sexy (the novelty? The fact that Bradley Cooper has, even with his creator-endowed hotness, found the time to teach himself another language, and a Romance one at that?

Dushku will appear in the ninth episode of the third season as a very sexy woman who already works for Matthew Keller (Ross McCall).

The series follows con man Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) and FBI agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay), who team up to solve crimes.

Although Caffrey has found a love interest in Hilarie Burton's character, Sara Ellis, creator Jeff Eastin adds that Dushku appears after Neal and Sara have broken up. "She ends up having a short fling with Neal," he says.

CBAworld Aligned: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt get dicision

Written By CBAworld on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 | 2:28 PM

Saddled early on with the unfortunate portmanteau Brangelina, then Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have grown into possibly the most important celebrity power couple around. They've only been together since 2005, but we've pinned all our hopes for famous love on this ultra-glamorous relationship, so they better not let us down.

if it seems like Brad and Angie can't sit still for more than five minutes, that's because their particular brand of the Gemini & Sagittarius combo makes them antsy. They have to keep moving, keep growing, keep seizing on the latest big idea. Their energy is boundless, and with six kids to feed it better stay that way.
The Good: As if two of the absolute hottest people on Earth needed any help, Gemini and Sagittarius, placed at opposite ends of the zodiac, often find each other irresistably attractive. They also have a shared sense of optimism that makes it seem totally manageable to do things like uproot and move them and their six kids to New Orleans. Or to have six kids in the first place!

The most Hurricane season starts; Some cities overdue in

The hurricane season officially begins Wednesday, and it apparently won't be an easy one for forecasters. But one expert said typically hurricane-free cities may be overdue for a major storm.
This year, the National Hurricane Center is expecting the storm season to be busier than usual: up to 18 named tropical storms, with three to six of them major hurricanes.
Last year was the third-most active season on record, with 19 named storms, 12 of which became hurricanes. But only one gave the U.S. any problems.
U.S. escapes major hurricanes 5 years straight
South's tornadoes hurt already suffering economy
The Weather Channel's Rick Knabb, a hurricane expert, reported that five U.S. cities are long overdue for hurricanes and are just as vulnerable as cities in the South: Honolulu; New York; San Diego; Savannah, Ga.; and Tampa, Fla.
Below are summaries of those cities' histories with hurricanes, listed in order of the most recent storms:-

Tampa
A hurricane estimated to have the strength of a Category 2 storm damaged parts of the Tampa Bay area in 1921, Knabb reports. The bay surged by about 10 feet because of the storm.

Savannah
While hurricanes came ashore and near the city in 1911, 1940, 1947 and 1979, the last major one to hit it was in 1893, killing between 1,000 and 2,000 people, Knabb reports.

New York
The area of the city between the Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn and John F. Kennedy International Airport was slammed by a Category 1 storm in August 1893, Knabb reports. If a similarly sized storm went further west than the eastern edges of the city, Knabb estimates the waters of New York Harbor would surge by about 30 feet.

San Diego
The sole hurricane found to have hit California happened on Oct. 2, 1858, when powerful winds damaged large swaths of property, Knabb reports.

Honolulu
Hawaii's capital hasn't had any recorded hits by a hurricane, but Knabb reports it's had several close calls, most recently by Hurricane Iniki in 1992, which struck Kauai, about 100 miles west of the capital.

This year, both the El Nino and La Nina effects are relatively quiet, making forecasting harder. They are warming and cooling trends that can either rev up hurricanes or suppress them.

Both of them are very expected to be neutral in this year. That could make it more difficult to say how most bad the 2011 hurricane season will be running.

The last time temperatures were neutral was 2005, when hurricanes Katrina and Rita slammed into the Gulf Coast.

New Space plane Skylon and the SABRE engine design for initial prototype development

The new space plane that can take off and land from conventional runways is only one step closer to reality.

Following a series of meetings in September 2010 at the International Space Innovation Center in Harwell, U.K., to look at the feasibility of a Reaction Engines design for a new generation of space-flight vehicle, the European Space Agency recently approved the Skylon vehicle and the SABRE (Synergistic Air-Breathing Rocket Engine) engine design for initial prototype development.

The meeting at which approval was given brought together nearly a hundred experts from Europe, Russia, the U.S., South Korea, and Japan to examine the technical and economic prospects for the new hybrid Air-Breathing-and-Rocket-Propulsion technology for future space planes.

The premise of the propulsion system is to develop a single-stage, fully reusable launch vehicle with short turnaround time and a flexible design capable of varied mission operations, including human transportation, cargo payload, and scientific missions.

According to Reaction Engines Limited, delivering payloads into orbit could drop from $15,000 per kilo to less than $1,000--vastly reducing the price of delivering payloads, such as telecommunications satellites, into orbit.its regularly get support from people.this space plane design going to get very top position.

WhichThis Guy Has My MacBook,Not a (funny?) Tumblr after burglary

What happens when a guy steals your MacBook? You start a Tumblr called "This Guy Has My MacBook." That is what Joshua Kaufman, a designer live in San Francisco, Calif. did.
"On March 21, 2011, my MacBook was stolen from my house in Oakland, CA..." Kaufman writes on his blog.

He reported the crime to the police - even told them where his MacBook was - but they couldn't help him "due to lack of resources," Kaufman says.

Kaufman has since taken matters into his own hands. Not only is he contacting the mayor's office about the ordeal, he's using an app called Hidden to capture photos of the guy who has his MacBook.

Hidden, a software that costs $15 a year, provides theft recovery assistance. If your laptop is ever stolen, you can activate Hidden to "locate your stolen computer anywhere on the planet, collect photos of the thief and screen shots of the computer in use," says their site.

"I don't have evidence that the guy on my blog was the same guy who stole my laptop," Kaufman points out. "I have a feeling that it was stolen by someone else and sold to the guy on my blog."

On Kaufman's Tumblr, you'll see a picture of a guy driving with Kaufman's MacBook, a screenshot of the guy deleting Kaufman's account on his MacBook, and a screenshot of the guy signing onto his Google account. There's also a sinister photo of the guy shirtless. Kaufman's caption: "I really don't want to know what this guy is doing with my MacBook."

Today alone, Kaufman has received over 400,000 page views on his Tumblr. Over 9,000 people have tweeted about the blog, and over 4,000 liked it on Facebook.

Do you realy think Kaufman's Tumblr is genius or dangerous?

The Real Tennis Player Maria Sharapova into French Open semis, aims for career Grand Slam

PARIS — Maria Sharapova returned to the semifinals of a Grand Slam tournament for the first time in more than three years, cruising past Andrea Petkovic 6-0, 6-3 Wednesday at the French Open.
The three-time major champion, who can complete a career Grand Slam with a title at Roland Garros, last reached this stage when she won the 2008 Australian Open.
"I put a lot of work in to be in this stage of the Grand Slams," Sharapova said. "I'm really happy that it's here. I'm going to have a chance to go further."

Sharapova had little trouble against Petkovic, a German who lost in the Australian Open quarterfinals. Sharapova won the opening eight games and overcame two breaks to take the second set.
Sharapova will face Li Na of China on Thursday. The Australian Open finalist defeated fourth-seeded Victoria Azarenka 7-5, 6-2.
Five-time French Open champion Rafael Nadal faces two-time finalist Robin Soderling in the quarterfinals Wednesday and Andy Murray meets Juan Ignacio Chela.
Sharapova improved her Grand Slam quarterfinal record to 11-3 by beating Petkovic. All three of her losses came at Roland Garros.
Petkovic wasn't able to use her dominant serve against her opponent on Court Suzanne Lenglen.
"Definitely my serve wasn't as good as the previous matches before, so she took full advantage of it," said Petkovic, who beat Sharapova in the fourth round at the Australian Open. "In the second set I came back, and it was just maybe for an instant I could have turned the match. Unfortunately, I couldn't take the chances that I had."
The one time Sharapova previously reached the semifinals in Paris, she lost to runner-up Ana Ivanovic in 2007.
"There's no doubt that I've improved on this surface," Sharapova said. "There's no doubt that I felt, as the years went on, that I felt better and better."
Besides the Australian Open title, the seventh-seeded Russian also won Wimbledon in 2004 and the U.S. Open in 2006. With a title at Roland Garros, Sharapova can become the 10th woman to complete a career Grand Slam.
"This is my second time (in the semifinals) at Roland Garros, and my goal, just looking at myself, is just to take it a step further and try and take it to the finals and see what happens," Sharapova said
Li is more of a surprise in the French Open semifinals
Although she became the first Chinese player to reach a major final when she lost to Kim Clijsters at this year's Australian Open, the sixth-seeded Li seemed stunned.
"After I win the match I was feeling, 'Wow! I can play semi in Roland Garros,'" Li said. "I never think about that before. So many people think I'm not so good in clay court, but I think now they should change a little bit."
