Actress Jennifer Lopez Spends Thanks giving in Hawaii With Casper Smart

Things between Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are heating up fast.

The pair spent Thanksgiving together in Kauai, Hawaii, Us Weekly can confirm. Lopez brought her 3-year-old twins Max and Emme, who joined the lovebirds for an afternoon trip to the beach.

"Casper was great with the kids. He was twirling them around and doing flips with Emme and she seemed very comfortable with him," a source tells Us. "Jennifer got a chance to sit back and relax while Casper took over and played." According to Radar Online, Smart met several of Lopez's family members during the trip.

Lopez, 42, has tried to downplay her romance with the 24-year-old backup dancer, telling Ryan Seacrest: "Until I'm in a really serious relationship -- because of the babies -- I'm not really gonna be commenting on my personal life."

Though the American Idol host is reluctant to talk about her love life, she isn't afraid to show it. After performing at the American Music Awards on Sunday, a source witnessed Lopez "grinding in Smart's lap, giving him a kiss and rubbing his head" at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood.

Tell Us: Is Jennifer Lopez moving too fast with Casper Smart?

CIA Arrests Update:Iran Arrests 12 Undercover CIA Agents

CIA Arrests Update: Iran Arrests 12 Undercover CIA Agents accusing them of spying on their alleged nuclear plans.
The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) that 12 spies, their nationalities unknown, that are working for the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) have been arrested by the Iran Government.

The reason for the arrest according to Parviz Sorouri, an influential lawmaker, was that the CIA agents were spying on Iran’s military, its nuclear programme and that they were operating in co-ordination with Israel’s Mossad and other regional agencies.
“The U.S. and Zionist regime’s espionage apparatuses were trying to damage Iran both from inside and outside with a heavy blow, using regional intelligence services,” Sorouri was quoted via an interview last Wednesday.
“The US and Zionist regime’s espionage apparatuses were trying to use regional intelligence services, both inside and outside Iran, in order to deal a strong blow to our country,” he added.
The United States and its allies suspect Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapon program, a charge Tehran denies.
In May, Iran said it had arrested 30 people after breaking up a spy network run by the CIA.
It said the network had operated out of American diplomatic missions in the Malaysia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates to recruit Iranians as spies.
The news follows closely behind reports on Monday that Lebanon’s Hezbollah had uncovered several alleged CIA informants. Afterwards, reports started to come in from US officials which backed up the claims, suggesting that the lives of several agents in the region are in danger.
Sorouri did not specify the nationality of the alleged CIA agents arrested in the country, nor did he comment on when or where the arrests were made.

Most Overrated 12 Jobs

Written By CBAworld on Sunday, November 13, 2011 | 9:55 AM

When parents look at their young children and imagine what they'll be when they grow up, many different possibilities come to mind. They dream of little Junior growing up to be a surgeon, or perhaps a commercial airline pilot, or maybe a banker, and they imagine a rewarding future of power, prestige, and high pay. The reality is actually a little different. The job search portal CareerCast.com , created a list of 12 jobs that are traditionally believed to be great occupations, but that actually look a lot better on paper than they might be in reality. Despite the public perception of some of these jobs as impressive and rewarding, some have less-than-stellar salaries and frankly lousy hiring prospects. Others come with so much on-the-job stress that the six-figure income barely seems worth it, particularly when the work involves the safety and well-being of others. Whatever the case, CareerCast.com characterizes all of the following jobs as overrated, but with important caveats: "A job that's overrated doesn't mean it fails to serve an important function in our society. In fact, these jobs play an integral role in our workplace," says the website . "It's just that the hype surrounding them sometimes makes these jobs sound much better than they really are." What are CareerCast.com's 12 most overrated jobs? Click ahead and find out.

Advertising Account Executive

Income Average: $62,105

An advertising account executive "negotiates to procure accounts, and supervises advertising campaigns for products, companies, and organizations," according to CareerCast.com. The executive earns an average annual salary of $62,105 for these services, but the position has several overrated factors, including "high stress, weak hiring demand, and an unstable economy," according to the job search site.

Flight Attendant
Income Average: $40,184

In a less enlightened era, flight attendants were known as "stewardesses." But times have changed, and a vocation once solely populated by pretty young women now is practiced by people of both genders and all age groups. The average salary of a flight attendant is $40,184 -- a not-so-sky-high compensation that's slightly lower than the national average. Flight attendants also have to endure long and exhausting hours, cramped working conditions, and occasionally rude customers -- making the behavior of former Jet Blue employee Steven Slater , who used profanity, and an emergency slide, to escape a customer dispute, somewhat more understandable.

Photojournalist

Income Average: $40,209

Photojournalists take pictures for news outlets, which requires them to travel and document events in real time. For the average person, who slaves away at a repetitive and unchallenging desk job, that life must seem like an exciting adventure. The job requirements of a photojournalist, however, might convince desk dwellers to stay put. Photojournalists are required to travel to where the action is and take pictures, sometimes in extremely hazardous locations ravaged by war, earthquakes, and radiation. Then, they have to deal with the stress of meeting a deadline. For risking their lives to get some good pictures, a photojournalist earns an average salary of $40,209.

Real-Estate Agent
 Income Average: $40,357

Americans purchasing a new home will frequently do so through a real-estate agent. The agent acts as a liaison between the buyer and the seller of the property, with the ultimate goal of negotiating a price on which both the seller and the buyer can agree. The average salary for a real-estate agent is $40,357. Anyone wishing to become an agent in the U.S. has to earn a license, and the time and cost associated with accomplishing that may give pause. CareerCast.com describes this job as overrated due to the decrease in activity that the profession has undergone since the housing crisis began.

Stockbroker
Income Average: $67,470

It's impossible to walk into a convenience store to buy a bottle of water, a lottery ticket, and 100 shares of stock in Groupon. While many self-directed investors choose to buy and sell stocks online on their own through discount websites such as ETRADE.com, many people instead choose to consult a stockbroker, who coordinates the sale of these and other securities. The average annual salary of a stockbroker is $67,470, according to CareerCast.com. The primary stressor that makes the job overrated is the burden of being responsible for the financial well-being of multiple clients. This holds particularly true in today's volatile and unpredictable stock market.

Architect
Income Average: $73,193

An architect designs and oversees building construction. Lately, there has been an effort on the part of landscapers and software designers to co-opt the term and re-christen themselves "landscape architects" and "software architects," but for most people, the term remains associated with people who design buildings. An architect earns an average salary of $73,193. CareerCast.com cites "decreasing employment opportunities tied to the unstable construction industry" as a factor making the job overrated. The amount of education that aspiring architects must undergo to earn a license may be off-putting to potential candidates, as well.

Attorney
Income Average: $113,211

Attorneys have been painted in an unflattering light in much of popular culture, but the fact remains that at some point, many people who don't understand the law will need counsel. This is where the attorney comes in, and without his or her advice, businesses and individuals might find themselves in a legal bind. An attorney earns an average salary of $113,211 a year, according to CareerCast.com. The search firm cites "lack of job stability in a poor economy, long hours, and deteriorating hiring prospects" as factors that make the job overrated.

Commercial Airline Pilot

Income Average: $106,153

Those wishing to get paid to travel would have a hard time finding a better way to do it than by becoming a commercial airline pilot. Commercial pilots operate airplanes to transport cargo and passengers. The average salary of a commercial airline pilot is $106,153. While the six-digit sum sounds attractive, pilots have to handle the stress of being responsible for the lives of hundreds of passengers, and must also endure very long hours.

Psychiatrist
Income Average: $160,242

People suffering from depression, delusions, or dissatisfaction with day-to-day life need not suffer silently. Psychiatrists treat these kinds of behavioral, emotional, and mental conditions. The average salary of a psychiatrist is $160,242. According to CareerCast.com, the factors that make the job overrated are "the responsibility of managing the mental health of others, long hours, and increased regulation."

Physician
Income Average: $192,065

Whether a patient has a lingering cold or suspects something more serious, the first line of defense is a consultation with a physician. This medical professional performs examinations, produces diagnoses, and recommends methods of treatment. The average salary is $192,065. While the level of stress that a physician encounters may be slightly less than that encountered by a brain surgeon, that doesn't mean the job is easy by any means. CareerCast.com cites "increased regulations, lower compensation, and the required need to stay abreast of medical developments" as factors that make the job overrated.

Surgeon
Income Average: $365,258

No matter how many miles you jog every day, or how closely you stick to your low-fat, high-fiber diet, there is still the chance that at some point in your life, you may need the services of a surgeon. Surgeons are compensated for their considerable expertise, earning an average salary of $365,258. In addition to performing procedures that can last for as long as 20 hours in some cases, surgeons often experience intense on-the-job stress. Surgeons may be well-paid, but the salaries that they earn come at a high personal price.

Senior Corporate Executive

Income Average: $161,141

A senior corporate executive would seem to have it all. He or she is responsible for the operations, people, and policies of private and publicly traded companies. It's hard to imagine more complex or prestigious responsibilities than those, and the average salary of $161,141. Despite the positive attributes of the job, it earns the top spot on CareerCast.com's list of Most Overrated Jobs. The firm cites "high stress, shaky stability, and long hours that affect family time" as factors that come with the territory, and make the position much less rewarding than it may seem.

Apple Co-Founder Steve Jobs Has Died at Age 56

Written By CBAworld on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 | 5:21 PM

Apple has confirmed that Steve Jobs, one of the giants of the technology world and a true American hero, has died.Jobs, the co-founder and former CEO of Apple, was known for making the computer as fun as it is useful. He ignited the digital music industry, changed the way animated films are made, and revolutionized telecommunications.
Jobs, a college dropout turned billionaire, was repeatedly quoted as saying, "I want to put a dent in the universe."
Apple paid tribute to its founder in a statement on its website.

"Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius and the world has lost an amazing human being," the statement read."Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple."

Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2004, and took two subsequent leaves of absence from the company. He received a liver transplant in 2009.
In his resignation letter, Jobs said he had accepted that it was time for him to leave the day-to-day operations.
"I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple's CEO, I would be the first to let you know," he said. "Unfortunately, that day has come."

Speculation about his health began immediately upon Apple's announcement that Jobs had resigned as CEO on Aug. 24. He was replaced by longtime Apple executive Tim Cook.
Survivors include his wife, Laurene Powell Jobs, daughters Erin and Eve, and his son, Reed.
Jobs' passing was almost immediately noted on Twitter.
"I'm working on a Mac at work. I have a MacBook and an iPad at home," tweeted Charles Gooch (TheFull90). "I'll be wearing a black mourning turtleneck tonight."
End of an era

Jobs' resignation drew to a close a 35-year career that marked him as a visionary and creative genius.
His place in history began when he and friends Ronald Wayne and Steve Wozniak started Apple Computers in the Jobs' family garage.

Over the years, through a series of product redesigns, strained relationships, and ground-breaking products, Jobs helped build the Apple brand into a mammoth technology company.
During his watch, new life was breathed into the personal computer, the digital music craze was ignited and the way animated pictures were made was turned on its head.

Just four years after the company's founding, its first successful computer, the Apple II – a behemoth personal computer with less memory than your key fob – launched the company onto the market with a value of $1.2 billion on the first day of trading.

But after a series of failed products, company president John Scully began phasing Jobs out. Jobs resigned as Apple CEO in 1985.
"What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating," Jobs said during Stanford's 2005 commencement address.
Jobs didn't rest for long. Over the next five years, he started a hardware and software company called NeXT and Pixar, the animation studio that would produce such hits as the "Toy Story" franchise and "Finding Nemo."

Rebirth of a company
Jobs found his way back to Apple in 1997 after Apple bought NeXT and gave him a seat on the board.
By the late '90s, Apple was no longer the company he had left in 1985. By most accounts it was on its deathbed due to poor marketing and pricing.
Jobs took the reins from then-CEO Gil Amelio, becoming its acting CEO and researching ways to reinvigorate his old company.

Next came the "Think Different" campaign, telling potential Apple customers that it was cool to be the misfit, the crazy one who stands apart from the status quo, and use Apple products.
Over the years, Jobs introduced the iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad, the latter of which looks to have pushed one if its main competitors - Hewlett-Packard - out of the personal computer market completely.

Jobs kept his illness quiet as he searched for alternative cures and treatments, often chalking up his gaunt appearance to unusual diets and nutrition problems.
He made a surprise appearance at the launch of the iPad 2 in March, appearing frail and thin. He was not present at Tuesday's gathering in Cupertino, CA, when an upgrade to the iPhone was announced.
"Steve Jobs will be the Leonardo da Vinci of our time. I cannot think of anyone who comes closer to that description in the last 100 years," David Cohn (Digidave) tweeted.

Singer Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber,Break Up Rumor Looks to be False

Written By CBAworld on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 | 4:21 PM

Its Wondering if the Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez break up rumor is Really true or not?
Look no further than the iconic beautiful teen couple’s latest outing together for a clue.

On Saturday evening, JB made a surprise visit to girlfriend Selena Gomez’s concert in Boca Raton, Fla., but was forced to make a hasty retreat once fans realized he was in the house.
Earlier in the day, in an apparent attempt to throw his rabid fans off track, Bieber had written a post on Twitter mentioning he was in Canada.

But once the truth of Bieber’s whereabouts got out amongst the audience, the 17-year-old heartthrob had to escape using a back door, in order to avoid being trampled by a riot-like horde of screaming tween girls.
The Boca Raton surprise visit wasn’t “the Bieb’s” first – he also turned up at Selena’s tour debut last week.

In that outing, Bieber joined a seemingly shocked Gomez on stage and the two embraced for a romantic hug.

The Hurricane Eugene Really Strengthens While Tropical Storm Emily Forms

Hurricane Eugene strengthened today as it moved across open water in the nearly Eastern Pacific Ocean, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.

Eugene, now a Category 1 hurricane with sustained winds of 90 mph, was about 445 miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico and about 635 miles south of the southern tip of Baja, California, moving west-northwest at 15 mph, the center said in its 5 a.m. EST press release.
Although no coastal watches or warnings have been issued have been issued for Eugene, forecasts suggest that the hurricane will make its way into the SoCal window sometimes on Wednesday morning. By that time it would grow to a category 2 hurricane and would maintain a west northwest heading.

The hurricane will then gradually weaken in the 24-36 hours following its entry in to the SoCal swell window.
While Eugene is strengthening in the Pacific ocean, another  storm has formed over the Caribbean Sea, forcing several islands in its path – including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands – to issues tropical storm watches or warnings.

According to the NHC, Tropical Storm Emily is heading in a westerly direction with 65 kilometer-per-hour winds and that it is expected to gradually strengthen in the next 48 hours.
Forecasters expect the storm to move across the northeastern Caribbean and approach the Haiti and the Dominican Republic shared island of Hispaniola Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Casey Anthony Now to challenge one-year probation order

Casey Anthony's attorneys were expected Tuesday to challenge a judge's ruling that will force her to return to Orlando, Fla., to face one year of supervised probation in a check real fraud case.

Attorney Cheney Mason will appear in court and ask to disqualify Orange County Circuit Judge Stan Strickland from the case. He will also request that the ruling which was handed down Monday to be immediately set aside, WKMG-TV reported.

Anthony admitted last year to stealing a friend's checkbook and writing four checks in the summer of 2008 in the same period when her two-year-old daughter Caylee went badly missing.

On Monday, Strickland ordered casey Anthony, 25, to begin the probation and noted she will likely be required to return to the area to meet with her probation officer.

"Our main concern is the legality of this whole proposition as well as Casey's security should she have to appear at probation offices, seek employment and do other things that may be required of probationers," Mason told WKMG-TV.

Anthony's whereabouts since her acquittal on murder charges last month remain unknown and have sparked an international media manhunt over the past few weeks.

Despite being acquitted last month of first-degree murder and manslaughter, Anthony was convicted on four counts of lying to police and sentenced to four years in prison. Having been in jail since October 2008, however, she was released with credit for time served.
